1. Payment
Passio accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Mobilepay. The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent.

2. Delivery
The normal delivery time is 1-3 days in Denmark with GLS and 2-4 days with DAO (there may be an extended delivery time in busy periods, such as Christmas, Black Friday and other periods)

Packages delivered in Denmark are sent with GLS or DAO. Packages to other countries (apart from Denmark) are delivered with GLS. Passio delivers to Denmark, Sweden and Germany.
Shipping prices in Denmark:
GLS DKK 69 for private, or DKK 49 for package shop.
DAO DKK 49 for private, or DKK 39 for package shop.

DAO only delivers at night, and does not ring your doorbell when delivering your package.
Your package will therefore be left on your front door (this also applies if you live in an apartment).

For purchases over DKK 599, shipping is free on both GLS and DAO when ordering from the parcel shop.

Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order.

ATTENTION If there is no room at the drop-off point, the package will be moved to the nearest drop-off point, of which you will be notified. If problems arise, contact the freight company's customer service.

3. Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired or the money returned, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. Passio ApS will cover the return costs in connection with the complaint.

As soon as we have received your complaint, we will process it immediately. You will receive a return label from us as soon as the case has been processed.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging - and you are responsible for the shipment of the item, where we do not accept that the item is damaged during shipping.

4. Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop.

The period is counted from that day;
- Where you receive the order.
- Takes physical possession of the last product, in the case of an agreement for several different products, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several batches.
- Gets physical possession of the last lot or last part when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
- The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of items over a specified period.
Cancellations must be notified to us no later than 30 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation.

In the message, you must make it clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
If you want to send the item back to us, you must fill in a return slip. You will receive a return slip by mail after Passio has accepted the conditions that give the "customer" the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Goods which have been manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
- Goods where the product has been used.
- Goods which are damaged during transport on the way to the warehouse at the fault of the sender (buyer), where the goods/goods have not been properly packed.
- Goods with signs of use, such as rice or similar.
- Goods that do not appear new.
- Goods that have been exposed to smoke, food, liquid or damage.

You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of cancellation. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return. When returning, you are responsible for the item being properly packed. We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.

Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product as if you were trying it on in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return.

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back.
When using the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, excl. delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

We process your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you, and to be able to process inquiries regarding your purchase. 6. Possibilities of appeal
