As a starting point, you can access the website without us collecting your information, unless you buy our products or services.

When you shop on our webshop, we need the following information from you:
address, name, email address and phone number - this must be used so that we can send the item to them.
Passio ApS does not collect personally identifiable information about you from third parties and does not store information about means of payment, such as card numbers on payment cards, bank account numbers or the like.

Our customers' personal data can only be viewed by the company Passio ApS.
Basically, only customer service has access to the customers' information in order to be able to provide the customers with the help you need.

Your information is only passed on to trusted business partners. It can be Passio's internal departments and freight provider, so we have the opportunity to deliver your goods.

At Passio, we protect your personal data with access control, so no one has access to your information. Your information will be stored for a maximum of 3 years in relation to e.g. complaint.
