Gift card
When purchasing an online gift card at passio.dk, you accept the conditions for purchase and use of the gift card.
You can buy a gift card with an amount from DKK 100 to DKK 1000, which will be sent to the email you have chosen for it to be sent to. The email will be sent automatically, and you can expect to receive it immediately. In other cases, it can take up to 30 minutes.
The gift card is valid for 3 years from the day you receive the gift card. You can always ask to have your gift card paid out if you do not want to use it. You can also have the money paid out up to 1 year after the validity period.
You can see the balance on your gift card in the email you received, or write to us at our email: info@passio.dk
If you shop with your gift card and do not get to use all the money at once, the remaining amount on the gift card will still be available until you use it all.
When you return your purchase
When you choose to return your package purchased through our online webshop with your gift card, the amount will be paid to your gift card, where you will receive a confirmation email about it.
Send as a gift…
You choose whether you want to send it to your own email or whether you want to send it to someone else. If you want to send it as a gift to someone else, you can choose "I want to send as a gift", where you can fill in the recipient's information such as name and email. You can also choose to write a short message, where it will be sent to the recipient's email, and you can choose which date the gift card should be sent.
