Passio accepts payments with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in Danish Kroner and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and items that are sold out or discontinued.
Passio aims to dispatch orders within 5 business days.
We ship to all of Denmark and other European countries.
Shipping prices range from 49 DKK for delivery to a pick-up point or 39 DKK for delivery to a parcel shop.
Items will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the ordering process. There is an option to choose the nearest parcel shop during the payment page.
Your items will be shipped with PostNord. NOTE: If there is no available space at the designated pick-up point, the package will be redirected to the nearest one, and you will be notified accordingly. If any issues arise, please contact the shipping company's customer service. Deliveries are made on all weekdays. The delivery time may vary depending on the country from which the "customer" is placing the order – see more details in our delivery policy.
At Passio, all prices are in Danish Kroner and are indicated including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Please note that items may become sold out.
We offer a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship. Depending on the specific situation, you may have the option to get the product repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product. You must report the defect/error within a "reasonable time" after discovering it. Passio will cover the cost of returning the item to us to a reasonable extent.

5. Right of Withdrawal
At Passio, we offer a full 30-day return policy for items purchased in our webshop. The period is counted from the day:
- You receive the order.
- You receive the last item in physical possession when the order consists of multiple different items ordered in one order but delivered separately or in several installments.
- You receive the last batch or last part in physical possession when the order consists of the delivery of goods in several batches/parts.
- You receive the first item in physical possession when it concerns the regular delivery of goods over a specific period.
You must notify us of your withdrawal within 30 days of the purchase, and you have to return the shipment no later than 14 days after notifying us. Please provide your withdrawal notice via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. In the notice, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the attached return form. You will receive a return form via email after Passio has accepted the conditions, granting you the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The following types of items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
- Items that are made according to the consumer's specifications or have a clear personal touch.
- Items that have been used.
- Items that are damaged during transport to the warehouse due to the fault of the shipping company.
Returning the Item
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return. When returning the item, you are responsible for ensuring that it is properly packaged. The processing of your return will be faster if you also fill out and enclose our Withdrawal Form. We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery.
Condition of the Item upon Return
You are only liable for any deterioration of the item's value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and functioning. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store. If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it will be considered used. This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return.
To receive a full refund, you must test the item without using it.
If you decide to withdraw from your purchase, you will, of course, receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us. In case of any depreciation of the item's value for which you are responsible, this amount will be deducted from the refund. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive notification of your decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before that.
