Return policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know, and we will provide a return address and offer a replacement or refund as per your preference. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact our support, and we will do our best to assist you!
We do not issue refunds if
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
- You need to return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. Please enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The processing will be faster if you also fill out and include our withdrawal form.
You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery. To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@passio.dk.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization for the return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@passio.dk.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.
